What We Know
At the beginning of the year, brands noticed that Amazon began to remove certain comments on reviews. The comments removed contained information like email addresses, URLs, and phone numbers that include letters (Ex. 1-800-PAINTER).
In the past few weeks, Amazon updated its response flagging system in order to keep fraudulent accounts from replying to reviews and questions. Instead of only stopping fraudulent accounts from leaving replies, Sellers and Vendors have also seen a halt in response.
In some cases, responses that have been left weeks before have disappeared.
If this happens to you, we recommend periodically checking your responses. If you see that one has disappeared then you should resubmit that response.
What We Are Doing
We are currently working on an add-on feature for our response integration to help combat this problem. Please reach out to our sales team to learn more about our new Amazon Integration.
This new feature will automatically check your responses to make sure none have disappeared. If one does disappear, it will be automatically reposted.
