As of January 11th, Amazon no longer allows 'commenting' on reviews. This means that manufacturers, vendors, and sellers will no longer be able to reply to customer reviews on Amazon. Comments that were previously left; are also being removed by Amazon.
Reviewbox remains committed to helping you manage and leverage your product reviews and customer questions across a variety of e-commerce marketplaces. Here is what you can do moving forward:
- Reach out to Amazon and let them know that review comments were an important channel for your brand’s customer service.
- You can still access all your product reviews within Reviewbox for reporting and analysis.
- You should continue to answer all of your customer questions on Amazon.
- If you use Bazaarvoice, continue to respond to customer reviews and questions on those retail sites.
