What's New in the Help Center?
We recently made some changes to our Help Center to allow for more straightforward access to the many resources we offer. We hope this will make it easier for you to find the information you are looking for, regarding product knowledge, webinars, and data exports and reports.
Product Knowledge is now separated into three categories: Account Set-Up, Account Maintenance, and Frequently Asked Questions.
Account Set-Up is for those just getting started. From here, you can access how-to’s on review monitoring, catalog management, and much more.
Account Maintenance is where you can find guides on how to best utilize your Reviewbox subscription, from locating your product listing IDs, to enabling notifications and alerts.
Frequently Asked Questions includes answers to any other questions you may have regarding your account, including billing and security questions.
Under Webinars, you’ll find recordings of all of our webinars. This can be great for customers who need additional training or want to stay up-to-date on the latest news and announcements to our software solutions.
Lastly, Data Exports and Reports gives you access to information on the reports, analysis, and data exports available across the entire Reviewbox app. Here, you can learn how to customize your reports and exports to fit the data needs of your team.
