About Us:

Reviewbox is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) startup that provides a powerful e-commerce data platform for consumer brands. We’re young & small (15+ people) but already count global brands (Whirlpool, Crayola, NETGEAR, and more) as customers. We are looking for eager teammates to join our growing company. While some experience is nice, we are also open to training newer members as necessary and will provide the resources to enable this.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for improving the overall health of our customer base, ensuring that customers use Reviewbox effectively, and helping to identify missed opportunities. You will work closely with our existing sales and support teams and report to our VP of Revenue. We expect you to maintain active customer data, provide training sessions, and collect feedback that can improve product-market fit.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in a quantitative field (business analytics, statistics, or similar)
  • Ability to communicate well with customers with strong writing & process skills
  • Experience with other B2B software

Nice to have skills:

  • Experience with Hubspot or other CRM 
  • Experience with Amazon Vendor Central
